Our Application Process –
- Please read the Employee Interest Form completely. This job may not be for you. Consider whether or not you truly have the qualities we are looking for.
- We hire new employees through
Express Employment Professionals, 970-242-4500
- Express Employment will have you fill out applications and do some skill tests. We also required all applicants to call in and read a script over the phone. This is to allow us to hear your voice over the phone and get an idea of your phone personality.
- If your typing skills and phone in script are good we will schedule an interview with our staff.
- Sit In: If we are interested in considering you for our company, we prefer that you come in and listen and watch an operator receptionist for about 30-45 minutes during a busy time of day (7:30-9am, noon-1:30pm, 4:30-6pm). You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement for this sit in session. This is so you have a better understanding of what we do and how we do it.
- Once hired, you will be scheduled for training sessions. Initial training generally takes place during the day regardless of which shift you are hired for but we can sometimes accommodate other times. Training is not a specific length of time but rather determined by your progress. You should be proficient enough to answer basic calls within the first week.
Other information –
- Training is paid at $9.00/hr – Full wages will be paid once you are able to work on your own without assistance. Depending on your skill and shift, starting wages are $10.00 - $10.75/hr.
- New hires are on probation for 90 days. During that time we can decide you are not working out and release you or you can decide that you don’t want to stay and leave, without the usual 2 weeks notice.
